  Hotel was good, located in taksim square which is always bustling. I had an issue with them when checking out. The night before, I asked one of the managers if I can do a late checkout around 4 PM since my flight was at 9 PM and had two small kids with me. They told me they will confirm with me later which they did when I asked them over the phone. On the day of checkout, I wanted to confirm with the manager on duty again, who was different then the one I spoke to and he simply said he I couldn't allow me to do late checkout. They did not even extend the late checkout for more than an hour saying the hotel was completely booked. Obviously that wasn't the case as I saw other people checking out late. If I would have known, I would try to find a different hotel for half a day. We ended up sitting in the lobby for 5 hours with nothing to do as we had our luggage with us. I will not stay with them ever again.

  فندق نظيف وموقعه ممتاز ومطل على ساحة تقسيم سعره تقريباً 120 دولار الليله لغرفه عاديه أنصح بتجربته لمن يرغب بالقرب من ساحة تقسيم الطاقم متعاون وجيدجداً يوجد غرف مطلة على البسفور

  What they do not tell you is that constuction activity is going on within the hotel. Non stop jack hammering all day and into the evening. It only stops if someone strongly complains. Agadoa is still selling this hotel knowing about the noise element . Best avoid until the building works are done. Management have put the hard working staff in a position of having to deal with complaints. Very unfair and poor decision. Even the lower rooms are affected. No refunds are offered so beware.
