  Unexperienced unprofessional colorist and hair dresser. My hair is medium brown I've asked for some highlights. They fried my hair by using bleaching and overprocessing it. I didn't ask for such bright colour and certainly didn't ask for bleaching. My hair came out litteraly stretchy and mushy. Not only that the colorist seemed to not care about what's happening and went to take other customers. The hair dresser tried to put the blame on me, trim the ends, dry my hair very quickly, stating that the mushy texture is normal... he definitely tried to foul me instead of taking full responsibility and do something.. oh yes he gave me one of those small conditioner package that you receive as a free gift when you buy a commercial shampoo in the super market.. then asked me to pay half the price .... I was crying in the salon when I asked to talk to a responsible from the associated hotel they brought someone from the shop nearby... a good scam in such a beautiful place... do not go there if you really care about your hair... I spent the last 3 years wearing my hair natural with the use of natural oil treatments, food supplements, stopped hair dryer and straightener, and finally got long hair ... They have ruined years of care with their irresponsibility.
