  It's a good hotel but the best thing about this hotel is its location. Situated at Taksim Square.. The liveliest place of İstanbul

  The hotel is NOT a 5 star hotel. The location is great and very central. However the hotel itself and the rooms and service does not feel like a 5star. The hotel may have a sewerage problem because the bathrooms smell. The spa amenities, decor and presentation is very old and not at all spa like.The ladies changing room/bathroom/shower smells really bad and is dirty and there is NO toiletry items--not even lotion or towels. The management of the spa is very unprofessional and unorganized. However, The spa massage therapists are very professional, sweet and friendly. Overall the hotel is ok but not 5star if that's what you like to experience.

  I was there for some conference, its located at very ideal location, markets are near. You have McDonalds, burger king, metros all at walking distance. About hotel, from the rooms to staff each and evrything is amazing. Very friendly staff, resturant has good variety of food. Rooms are okay in space, but woth an amazing view. ATMs are next to hotel. To catch tube you just need to cross a road. Highly recommended one. The only issue is bit heavy on pocket but worth spending that amount.

  Very nice location. Good view. Good breakfast manu Rooms are bit small more like European Over all comfortable stay.

  A well known hotel at the heart of Taksim Square. The rooms vary in view and size but generally at high prices mainly because of the hotel convenient location. The reception and concierge staff are ok but could improve and be more welcoming. The rooms are furnished reasonably well but the WiFi service is very poor, weak and keeps interrupting. The bathroom lacks adequate amenities when compared to other 5-star hotels.
