  İzmir'in en eski otellerinden birisi. Kitap tanıtımı için ziyaret ettik. Sade ve şık bir tesis. Personel Candan ve ilgili. Tavsiye ediyorum. Odalar temiz görünüyordu. Öne of the oldest hotels in İzmir. Personnel are friendly. Rooms clean. Izgara advice this hotel.

  Nice personnel, but not the best location. Also the rooms, and especially the bathrooms were not clean. Okay for a night, maybe two, but not more.

  Worst experience ever!! Please, choose any other hotel but this one. Don't be mislead by the facade. The rooms are old and dirty... you can smell cigarettes in most rooms (I asked to change a room three times). The baths are dirty even if they've just clean it, they say. The room service is disastrous and they are some men who are just hanging there in the reception area and do nothing but watch people go in and out. I reserved a twin-bed room and they said that only the single rooms are have: take it or leave. I asked for a refund and they were like 'online reservations can't be refunded' and when I wanted to call Expedia to explain the situation I discovered that my order was changed from twin-bed to single bed (they called Expedia and Expedia changed my reservation details without informing me). The hotel is so full of dust and the running is so unprofessional. I booked 14 days and I didn't stay a single night in that gloomy death-smelling hotel. I booked somewhere else. Please, just don't think of booking here. It's a horrible place.
