  I took a one-month discovery package at Yoga Sala. There are a lots of different styles of yoga (I tried several hatha yoga classes and discovered others such as yoga therapy, jivamukti yoga, ...) and many teachers throughout the week. The two practice rooms are luminous, although often overcrowded. Despite a good quality teaching, I was highly disappointed by the "aerobic-like" quality of not some but ALL of the classes there. If you like to think about yoga as a discipline balancing mind, body and soul, this is NOT the place for you. The approach is mainly the one of a fitness or a sports center, giving you good cardio and stretching material. Personally, I like to think that the path of yoga is much more than that, and I hope that more teachers (notably the ones popularising this discipline in "the West") could convey that idea to their students.
