  Baia hotel is one of the best hotel i ever came across .... nice luxury rooms... very cooperative and efficient staff.... beautiful pool.... well equipped gym.... buffet is too good... on top of everything it is not expensive either... just across the road thete is a gigantic shopping mall where you can find many branded outlets... in short while in bursa do not even thing of any other hotel thn baia.

  Bursa'daki eviniz... Konforlu, kaliteli, sessiz odaları ve lezzetli yemekleri ile personelin güler yüzü sizi evinizdeymiş gibi hissettiriyor. BAİA BURSA HOTEL 5 Yıldız'ın hakkını fazlasıyla veriyor. Bravo diyorum...

  As merkez autlet center gibi bir alışveriş merkezine yakınlığı, , terminal ve anatolium alışveriş merkezine yürüyüş mesafesinde olmasıyla artıları yüksek, temiz, düzenli, ferah, kendini kanıtlamış yüksek standartları olan bir otel dir.

  You better be careful, this hotel is rip off, they will charge you for your breath. computer room not working. customer service so terrible, there is only one person who deserve all the respect the lady that working at the front desk. Gengiz guy or who ever they call manger he is a complete idiot, he knows few word in English, and he is acting like god. The only bad experience I had in turkey is the hotel service, I only enjoyed a three stars hotel in Konya that provide better service than this five star hotel. So disappointed, I would never come back to this hotel. Funny part if you try to complain all sudden no one speak English.

  Size 2 örnek vereyim. Birincisi. Hamamına gittim. Sauna hamam gibi paket satın almıştım. Sadece bir havlu verdiler ve istediğimde başka veremeyiz dediler. Hamamda bir tane personel yoktu ve sinirle çıktım. İkincisi yeğenimin düğüne gittim. Otelde düğün yapılıyor ama nerede? Bir yönlendirme tabelasını resepsiyonun oraya koymayı çok görmüşler ve anca birini sorarsan salonun yerini öğreniyorsun. Ve oda çok ilginç. Salon nerede dedim. Cevap "Yukarda" sanki ben hergün o oteldeyim yada personeliyim de bildiğim bir yeri tarif ediyor. Saçma sapan bir yer.
