  Misleading Having had the FUE procedure last year in Febuary 2017 everything jnitailly seemed ok. However, as the months passed and the folicles went through the cycle of shedding bad regrowth I started to notice my hairline was thicker than the area behind. I questioned this and was assured everything was normal. Several month later it was still the same with a lack of density. However, I was told its nothing to worry about. Finally in November 2017 I expressed my concerns more forcefukky and was told that the results were not as expected! I was asked if I had followed the after care set out, which I had. I had even kept them informed of some dryness on my scalp and had asked what I should do. Now at month 10 I have a thick band at the front of my hairline with a see through patch behind. They have imolanted multile hairs at the front with single and doubles behind which has meant I do not have the density I was promised. Dr CIvas does not respond to the emaiks, instead it is Patricia the receptionsit and it is Patricia who responds to the monthly updates. This should be the other way around with doctor responding. Dr Civas also does not carry out the procudure, he starts it and then two of the nurses take over. Instead of concentrating they talk throughout to each other. The clinic simply said come back for another procedure. My confidence has taken a downward turn knowing they haven't done the procudure correctly. I would not recommend this clinic. Do your research and look at their results before making a decision!

  After many years of doing research, I decided to go to Ankara and have my hair transplant done by Dr. Civas and his team. Here were my reasons; 1_ I read Dr. Civas's reviews from the web and different websites and all of them were very positive. 2_ Dr. Civas's website information matched those information I required from his receptionist Patricia. 3_ Patricia was very patient, respectful and helpful in responding to my emails and questions (overall 24 emails were sent and received). 4_ Dr. Civas's price is very fair and reasonable at the time, May 2017, 1.7 Euros per hair graft. My Experience; From A to Z I was satisfied with the entire process for the following reasons; 1_ Dr. Civas had me go to his office prior to my consultation date since I arrived 3 days in advance. Once at the office we spent 20 minutes just talking about Turkey, history ,,, etc. This helped me to know Dr. Civas as a person and feel more comfortable with him. 2_ I was very satisfied by Dr. Civas's consultation as he addressed all my questions and suggested a hair line that best suited me. 3_Dr. Civas's team acted very professional before, during and after the operation by asking me about how I was feeling along the way and addressing my needs at the hotel which I was staying at. 4_ Dr Civas went beyond the call of duty by asking his receptionist to find me a tour for Capadokya since I asked about attractions around Ankara. 5_ The team and the doctor pays so much attention to details that they send me a Van to pick and drop me off in order for me to have extra room for myself and my luggage. Overall I am very satisfied with my procedure and will 100% recommend Dr. Civas to friends and family.

  I had my hair transplant in October of 2015 and I'm very pleased with the results. My hair looks full and natural and people I've met after the operation have been very surprised when I show them photos of my former receding hairline. Dr. Civas himself and the whole staff was very friendly and professional and they took good care of me.

  I can definitely recommend this practice both for a very reasonable price and great results, they also took real good care of me. Dr Ekrem and his team are the real deal. I can also recommend the curry restaurant on the street behind, it was lovely.

  I did an enormous amount of research when deciding which surgeon to use for my HT. Dr Civas delivered everything he promised he would. The standard of his workmanship is superb and as a result I've had no end of compliments, and that includes from barbers who are surprised when I tell them that I've had a hair transplant. It doesn't get much better than that!
