  The staff are so slow-paced that you can't imagine! They don't even know a word in english! Hotels are international places! So at least, have a bi or multi lingual worker. We had a rollaway bed with the twin one, and when we were in the room, after totally like 24 hours standing and being awake, and started making it! We were so tired you can't imagine! And then for the bell service, I asked them to please, for god's sake send that suit-case up! And you know what? The receptionist said they've sent it to the airport while it was right next to them which was a big frightning shock. I really hate to come back here! This place is not even a one star worthy! Well, this bad hotel made me never come to Ankara again!
