  Quite a good hotel. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Has a good pool and nice views when viewed from top of hotel. A good range breakfast.

  Helo i was from 19.05.2018 till 27.05.2018.nice beach clean hotel,good food.cooker cleaner good woeking .in bar kitchen too.but last night ,suterday night i should wake upp att 3 att in 6 mornong had fly to stokholm.i told to recepcion att wake upp me but he didnt and called me att 05.55 minutes and i loosed my fly but thats not important ,important is when i asked why disnt call me he told att he did but i didnt wake upp.but he lie veacouse he didnt call me if he do i should wake upp but he lie in my face att he called me.

  Practical,convenient, staff are friendly, inclusive breakfast, evening meals ( not inclusive) rooms clean and practical.

  This is a very located hotel, five minutes from the Lara beach . The staff are absolutely excellent. Everyone was friendly, helpful and fun to chat with. The room was clean, comfortable and had an excellent bed. Breakfast was good The room, location and breakfast were all great - but the staff make this place really special, they were all genuinely lovely. Also price is very cheap

  Not even one star! Destroyed and small shower! Missing one piece and having sharp edges that you might cut yourself with accidentally. We reported that in reception, wanted it fixed or another room. In the evening reception claimed that is fixed but it wasn't! It was just a lie! After 3rd visit in reception we asked again for fixing or getting another room. We've waited another halv an hour to get it fixed. In total it took 3 visits in reception and around 8 hours to get it done. Another thing is that hotel is old and doesn't deserve 3 stars. Check out the pictures to see how low standard it represents... Very bad service in the reception. Room itself had only one small light at the entrance and two tiny lamps next to bed. What made it very dark on the evenings. On the other hand mornings very very light due to very light-transparent shades. Only one short blanket on the bed so you of are taller than 160 you might have a problem with that... Get also used to taking stairs instead of elevator since there is only one. It is often taken by cleaning staff during a day so it's faster to walk the stairs. There is parking in front of the hotel for around 4-5 cars. We travelled there on low season and all the places were busy most of the time. I cannot imagine parking there when most of the rooms are taken. Don't book this place unless you want to spend some time in an overpriced low standard hotel with very bad customer service.
